Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

At Prestige Designs, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality website design services and ensuring our clients are satisfied with the final product. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. Clients are eligible for a full refund if the project is canceled before any design work has begun. If work has started but is not yet completed, a partial refund may be considered based on the progress made and time invested. Once the design is approved or final files have been delivered, refunds are no longer available. Please note that all deposits made at the beginning of a project are non-refundable, as they cover initial planning and secure your project in our schedule. Refunds will also not be issued if delays occur due to a lack of communication or required content from the client, or if the project scope changes after work has started. To request a refund, clients must email us with their name, project details, and the reason for the request. We review each case individually and aim to respond within five business days.
