Terms & Conditions

We offer a range of website design services including, but not limited to, user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design, front-end and back-end development, mobile-responsive design, basic on-page SEO optimization, and post-launch support as agreed upon. All services will be delivered in line with the project proposal or contract provided to the client.

The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, such as logos, images, text, and other branding materials, in a timely manner. Delays in content delivery or feedback may impact the project timeline. All content submitted by the client must be owned or properly licensed for use. The client agrees to review deliverables promptly and provide clear feedback within agreed timeframes to keep the project on track.

Payment for services is structured as follows: a deposit of [e.g., 50%] is due prior to the start of the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, or according to the specific payment schedule outlined in the agreement. A payment submitted behind schedule will result in a fee of $25 per day. The final product, including files and website launch, will not be released until payment has been received in full.

Clients are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions as part of the project scope. Additional changes or modifications beyond this will be billed separately at $40/hour. We strive to deliver all projects within the estimated timelines, but please note that client delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery dates.

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website and its contents transfers to the client. We retain the right to showcase the finished project in our portfolio, on social media, or in marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client is responsible for securing their domain name, hosting services, and any third-party platforms unless these are included in the scope of the project.

In the event of cancellation, any deposit paid is non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is terminated mid-way by the client, payment for work completed to date will still be required. We also reserve the right to cancel a project with written notice if these terms are violated or if communication becomes unreasonably delayed or unresponsive.

While we aim to deliver high-performing, visually appealing websites, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased traffic or sales. We are also not liable for any damages resulting from website use, downtime, or third-party issues. All website elements will be tested and approved before handoff, and any post-launch support will be outlined separately.

All client information, including business details and project specifics, will be treated as confidential. We will never share, sell, or publish your information without permission. These terms may be updated from time to time, and any significant changes will be communicated to current clients.
